Due to consumer demand, we are delighted to announce that the 1.9" Adapter for the Sous Vide Pot is now available!

The original Chef Series Sous Vide Pot works as is with the ChefSteps Joule, but our new food grade silicone adapter is designed to improve function and fit between our Sous Vide Pot and the Joule. By making the portal smaller to precisely fit the Joule, the adapter helps eliminate steam loss and evaporation, making it the perfect accessory to go with the Joule for extended cook times.

• BEFORE USING: Remove all labels. Wash the adapter in hot water with a mild soap or dish detergent. Rinse and dry. Prompt drying will prevent water spots.
• DURING COOKING: Please do not place the Sous Vide Adapter on or near the stove's heat source. For cooker compatibility information, please check the packaging for details.
• CLEANING & MAINTENANCE: Tuxton Home Sous Vide Adapter is dishwasher safe.  However, handwashing is preferred.
