Once your claim is accepted

We will send you an invoice to pay for shipping

Return freight is the responsibility of the customer. No collect shipments will be accepted.

A replacement production will be sent to you within 7-10 business days of receiving payment

A similar product of equivalent value will be substituted if the original product is no longer available.
