This smoothie is full of protein and tastes like a decadent frappé.
1/2 cup hemp milk
1/2 cup ice
2 tablespoons protein powder
2 Medjool dates
1 tablespoon instant coffee
Combine all ingredients in a high-power blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Drink immediately.
