Prior to using your new Tuxton product, wash each piece thoroughly with soapy water, followed by hot water rinse. Dry thoroughly.
DO NOT place frozen dish in a preheated oven. Place the frozen dish in a cold oven and set the temperature, allowing the dish and oven to heat together. Make sure the center of your food is completely and uniformly hot before serving.

To prevent over-heating, medium-high heat is the hottest setting advised. Prior to cooking, preheat the empty cookware on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Do not preheat an empty vessel for longer than 5 minutes. Never use nonstick sprays when cooking.
Silicone and wooden utensils are advised, so as to avoid scratching the cookware surface. Metal utensils may be used with care as long as they do not have a sharp edge or point. Food should not be cut in the cookware.
When storing cookware pieces on top of one another, a paper towel or pan protector should be placed between each item to prevent scratches.
